The award banquet had the largest gathering ever of Lake County attorneys and Judges of its kind. Harold Winer has concentrated in traffic and criminal law for decades and has been called “The Dean of Lake County” for the simple reason that he is the most seasoned veteran of the Lake County courthouse.

Harold has watched the Lake County legal community grow from a small local bar association into a large and highly respected legal community. He has been with Lake County every step of the way and earned the everlasting respect of all his colleagues and clients.

Hard work and loyalty is his trademark and this is proven by his years of successful representation and litigation in DUI/Traffic and criminal law. HAL WINER RECEIVES AWARD FOR 50 YEARS AS MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR

On November 13, 2013, with his fellow municipal prosecutors at his side, Hal Winer was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his 50 years of service. Looking around the room it was hard to believe that many of the prosecutors were either in diapers, or not even born yet, when in 1963 Hal started his career as a municipal prosecutor.  Read more...
