Administrative Hearing for LICENSE REVOCATION due to 3rd DUI ARREST, RE: RDP

Mr. Winer is the most professional lawyer I have ever met. He is very strait forward & is happy to explain the case, all predicted outcomes, and the process in detail. He is always on top of his game & has above and beyond follow-up with his clients. He is extaordinary in making sure his clients are well prepared for upcoming court dates. After 3 dui arrests with 1 conviction by the age of 22, I was approved for a RDP (restricted drivig permit) after an administrative hearing @ the Secretary of State's office.... Felony Drug Charge
After researching several other lawyers, I decided on the Winer law offices for my serious drug possession and intent to deliver charge. Due to the amount of drugs an my past record I was looking at a lot of time in state prison. They fought my case very hard and teh State's Attorney fnally offered me a deal to a misdemeanor charge with probation and NO JAIL!!! This only happened because they fought so hard on my case. All my friends are getting referred to the Winer law office.
Charged with driving without a valid drivers license

Not Guilty!
David Winer won a tough 2 day jury trial for me.
I was arrested and charged with a DUI. The video was very incriminating. Some close friends thought I would lose the case if it went to trial. The stakes were high since I had two prior arrests.
At the trial David impressed the jury explaining the proper way for the police to perform a field sbriety test. He showed the mistakes the police made. David pointed out my performanace during the tests and also gave reasons for my bad performance.
David explained how a trial works to my two witnesses and myself so we cwould not get tripped up by the prosecutor. We also backed up David's defense without testimony.
The jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict in record time. I can't say enough about the professional manner this case was handled by David Winer.
Traffic violations, theft and battery
David Winer has always been very profesional and on top of his game. I am always confident knowing he is representing me. He has gotten me out of a lot of trouble the numerous times I have wored with him. He returns phone calls in a timely fashion and walways explains the legal terms in a way for me to understand. I refer him to people all the time.
